"I've been with State Farm for eons and with Susan Daigle for 30+ years. The May 16, 2025 storm hit us hard with 2" hail. This was a major claim, of which we've never had before. Susan and her Team were there to help and smooth out the process with the claim adjuster. We've been extremely happy with the State Farm."

"My family has been with Susan and her team for 31 years...home, many cars, personal property, and umbrella policies. Wonderful people and excellent, excellent, excellent service. Talk with the office before you make purchases that will need to be insured. Talk to the team before you loan your car to a friend, before you use your car for Uber or Turo, before you you place your home on VRBO, before you rent a car or make an addition to your home. Susan has very sage and practical insights."

"If the star rating could go higher I woud for sure go higher than 5. Susan has been my go to agent both personally and professionally for YEARS. I have no worries at all refering my own personal clients to her. She is super honest and will let you know one way or another if it is a better deal or even if she cant get a better deal with bettoer coverage (rare) she will go over the reasons why with the client and tell them what they can do to help. Even if they dont come to Statefarm right away, I know they do once they better their situations. Not to mention...... I think I have my whole family working thru her now as well. If you are looking for honesty, loyalty, education and trust. You will go to Susan Daigle!"
