"If the star rating could go higher I woud for sure go higher than 5. Susan has been my go to agent both personally and professionally for YEARS. I have no worries at all refering my own personal clients to her. She is super honest and will let you know one way or another if it is a better deal or even if she cant get a better deal with bettoer coverage (rare) she will go over the reasons why with the client and tell them what they can do to help. Even if they dont come to Statefarm right away, I know they do once they better their situations. Not to mention...... I think I have my whole family working thru her now as well. If you are looking for honesty, loyalty, education and trust. You will go to Susan Daigle!"

"I reached out to this office to acquire insurance for a property. Spoke with Jeff who I worked with for about a week leading to closing on the property. Jeff had mentioned everything was going well and I thought I was going to get insurance coverage when I purchased the property. To my surprise, Jeff called me the afternoon before closing day telling me that state-farm wouldn’t be able to cover my property. This almost cost me the purchase of my property as I had to scramble to find insurance coverage on that same day. Luckily I managed to secure insurance coverage elsewhere. To make matters worse, Jeff still got me billed for the last few months for a policy that I was denied. Not sure in what world this is acceptable. This will have to be resolved ASAP as I wouldn’t want to pay for coverage that I was denied. But just wanted to help out other shoppers. I regret working with this agent because now I have to clean all of this mess up."
